Chalkboard Fun
Did I mention how much I ***LOVE*** this chalkboard paint?
It's AWESOME! We just painted a chalkboard right on the wall.
These pics are from earlier in October...but, Hubby has started the process of framing it out with a wooden frame border which will be white. The white you see in the pics is just the white paint that was under the blue tape border...
Anyway...Gage & I both love it!
We got the paint at Home Depot or Lowe's. You can tint it, and it's so easy to use!

That's awesome!! When/if we ever move, and build our own house, I would love to have a large playroom with one of those walls.
How cool! I've always wondered about that stuff... PS: is Gage left handed?
Christy Ann---he really seems to favor his right, but he's pretty good with his left. In the above pics---he's double fisting the chalk.

A friend of mine did this in her garage. She ended up putting castle towers with flags on the top of it so that she wouldn’t frame it out except on the bottom. It turned out super cool! She used mesh bags from Ikea to hold the chalk. The magnetic paint, however, it not near as fun.
That paint is great. We have a pretty large chalkboard hanging in our kitchen I bought at Staples years ago. The kids use it all the time. Oh and I use it too.
I don't have kids but I think I need one in my APT! what a great place for my to do list which I always keep losing!!!
I'm glad the board is working out so well for you both!
Chalkboard paint rocks - I'm thinking of putting it in my utility room!

I just bought from them, and I've never had a more seamless internet buy -they ACTUALLY called me to confirm the order and talk about delivery time… unreal!
