We both liked it. Suspense in all the right parts....freaky. Different.
The Queen...
Wow. What a wonderful job Helen Mirren did. I thought it was very interesting, but it was b/c I was interested in the subject matter. If someone were NOT interested in the whole death of Princess Diana & the monarchy, etc...I could see how they would get bored pretty quickly!
But still...Helen Mirren did a WONDERFUL job.

Didn't see Memory, but I LOVED The Queen. Wasn't Mirren just perfect? I mean, she was more the queen than the queen.

The queen is one i might have to see.
I've wanted to see The Queen. I have been a closet Di fan from the beginning. I cried for days after she died, and I couldn't put my finger on it. It just affected me.
I'd love to have some insight into what the queen was actually going through at that time. Plus, Helen Mirren in ANYTHING? She is great!
I will have to find the time to see these. When the school year ends I will finally have time to watch some adult movies.
I hope I didn't scare you with my last comment. I really am just a boring normal mom these days. And I love it. I just had a crazy rebellious phase in the 80's.
