Gage wants candy. Mama: What do you say? Can you say 'please'? Gage: PEAS! Mama....pausing...what do you say? Gage: GIMME! (oh, look for that moment in the video, b/c it's pretty cute!)
For some reason I can't see the vid but I can hear it. Gage sounds so very cute. The picture below is great. I was catching up on your posts. What a good healthy boy having corn for breakfast. My son likes those grape tomatoes in the morning. Of course, he is currently crying because I won't give him ice cream this early. I am fascinated by the EMO culture. In the 80's I was into the neo-punk scene, I even had a mohawk for a short time.(nobody believes me now, because I look like such a semi-normal mom) I never thought to intentionally hurt myself. We were all hurting ourselves though, with drugs and alcohol. I hope my little ones have more sense when they are teens. I think they have better parents!ha
Motherhood is...is...well, it's eventful. It's better than I ever imagined, and yet harder than I expected. It's definitely a learning process for me.
We've struggled with infertility, but we are happy to report that we now have a healthy and happy son, and a delightful daughter.
...and this blog details some of our adventures....and misadventures.

That's so funny, after the corn breakfast!
O M G I loved that. It was like looking back at Zakary a few months ago. Universal excitement over candy I guess.
He has the most soulful eyes, Lainey....
That was so cute! I get that excited over Hershey's kisses as well.
Brillant! I think the caption for the close up should be: Mom what ARE you doing? I am NOT ready for my close up."
That's hilarious! I especially liked the bit where he blew on the kiss!
