Just for fun: IntelliGender.
I got it at Babies R Us. What didn't I read at the store: the label on the side that indicates that the test may not give reliable results to women on progesterone. Ugh.
On the other hand: the company is or was sued for not giving reliable results in the first place.
This is all just for fun, so we decided to roll with it.
The internet indicates that the test may give a false boy result to women on progesterone.
So, there's that....
The kit:
What the boy & girl result colors are supposed to be:
The process: you mix a specified amount of urine with the glittery-wonder-dust in the kit (as seen above), swirl it around, try not to vomit from the noxious odor that fills your bathroom....and voila!
Our results (the directions indicate that you should read the test color against a piece of white paper)...
...but if you hold it up to the light, it looks orange, right???
Not so much as it looks like a boy result against the white paper....
So---we'll see.
Maybe it's a boy.
Maybe it's not.
Maybe I should have just set fire $30 and called it a day.
But hey---we gave it a whirl.
