The ever-expanding-family....
Well, I have failed to mention that I met my dad's fiance last Thursday night.
Her name is Ruby.
She's a school teacher from the Phillipines.
She brought Gage this monkey that makes...well, monkey noises. He loves it.
We had dinner, and I introduced her to the most delicious beverage EVAH: the mimosa!

They look so happy...and she's very, very cute. Plus, she brought Gage something that he likes...that counts, in my book!
When "we" get a little older--I'm maybe a little older than your Dad, but in the same basic age group--it's not so easy to find someone to love and when it happens, I say ya just gotta go for it. Hell, it can be hard at any age. As long as they are happy together...
