Why??? Why, why, WHY do I always end up sitting next to someone who sucks on and crunches ice? Y'all better pray that I don't act on some of these plans that are brewing in my head for ways to spill her cup of ice! Does she know how nasty that is? Does she know how rude it is??? And for the love----how many times is she going to refill that cup!???

Is she pregnant? That was my big thing while pregnant with both boys. I would sit covered with 2 blankets with gloves on and munch and munch. Just couldn't help myself. Really. It was an odd compulsion. Maybe it will go away. She might slow down if you mention it. She also could be iron deficient. Good luck with that!

Really, I chewed ice constantly when I was pregnant with Sara. I could not help it. I wanted ice day and night up until the second she was born. Have not eaten ice since.
I feel the same way! Gum is just as bad. I cannot be your friend if you smack and pop your gum. Just sayin...
I was going to say what others already have...except the part about me doing this while pregnant. For awhile I had an ice-chewing compulsion. Turns out it's a pica, caused by iron deficiency. I started taking vitamins and it vanished, so you could carry around iron pills and hand them out like tic-tacs.
Where are you? I would laugh at you spilling her ice. I love ice, too, but I don't crunch and slurp in front of other people.
Do I know who you are talking about? Wait, you weren't at work that day.
I hate gum smackers..want to slap them!
