Gageisms....
Isn't the English language just funny & odd? There are so many words that sound the same but have different meanings or spellings {their/there, right(correct)/right(direction)}...
And then there are times when people just understand things incorrectly or assign the wrong word to something...
That's where this post is heading.
Official Gageisms:
"cosmetics" = paramedics.
Scene: kitchen floor, Gage playing with his ambulances & he shoots them across the floor toward my feet. "Mommy! Watch out for the cosmetics!"
"tentacles" = testicles.
It does not matter how many times I correct this one, he's convinced that I'm wrong, and that he knows better because after all, he's male, and he's the one who actually HAS the tentacles.
Can't argue with that logic, now can you?

HAHAHAHAH!! I love how little kids view the world and their "-isms." Bayley says "bello" for chocolate, but she will ask for chocolate milk. I don't get it either. :) "Nummies" for fruit snacks, "Serrul" for cereal.
Zach used to say "muffin man" for peppermint and "gickle" for motorcycle. I LOVE it and refuse to correct them.
He is just the cutest thing for sure!
