Questions...

There are lots of things that I don't know....

Like....

On this whole freaking planet, is there a weedkiller that I can put on my lawn that won't kill St.Augustine grass?

What is Spencer Pratt's job?

What's on the inside of a golf ball?

If a diamond can cut through glass, what's strong enough to cut through a diamond?

Okay...those are some of the random thoughts in my head today. Feel free to offer answers to all of those questions.

Wish I could help, but my head is full with all kinds of questions too.

My husband is always referring me to this website:

Have a good weekend!

My hubby is the garden guru - he LOVES his yard, to the point of being freakishy freaky about it...my eyes just roll back in my head when he starts talking frost zones and broad-leaf weedkillers and tillers and irrigation, LOL.

He says that for St. Augustine grass, use Ortho Weed B Gone. They make a "Max" line for Southern grasses, including St. Augustine. You can get it at Home Depot or Lowe's. There's one you can attach to your hose to spray or a granular formula as well.

Hey - for some reason I think the inside of a golf ball is made of a bunch of rubber bands...and Spencer Pratt's job is to be a tool.

Other diamonds or lasers are used to cut diamonds. :)

Go to a good nursery, not a big box store if you can help it, and look for an herbicide that is labelled safe for St. Augustine. Only use it if it specifies that it is safe for St. A. You also need to know what weeds you are trying to kill in order to get the right herbicide. Here's a good ID publication that we use in Austin with the Master Gardener program. It has great pictures for ID that might help you- click here Do not use a weed 'n feed product-ever!

I think you can cut a diamond with a laser.

That's all I can contribute. Hope it helps.

I agree with Susan about the inside of a golf ball being a bunch of rubber bands. At soccer camp one year, I remember us tearing apart a golf ball and a tennis ball. Why we had those at a soccer camp is beyond me, but at least I had an answer for one of your questions!

My husband and I have put our heads together to answer some of these burning questions:

Spencer Pratt is a "manager" to the stars. (I think just Heidi?) He used to be Brody's manager too.

No idea on the grass question.

What can cut diamonds? Other diamonds! (That's from Jerod)

I heard golf balls are made of feathers, tree sap, and leather

Hope that helps!!

Good questions! I agree with the others about Spencer; he is a tool AND a douche bag.

And as far as cutting diamonds, they can just leave mine big. :)
