Pre-Halloween fun....

Around here, Halloween is a so much more than a one night event. We kind of get into to it....

I have to share some pics of our pre-Halloween fun.

10/13/13: Let the Halloween season begin! That day we did some Halloween shopping and pulled out all of the Halloween decorations...

 10/20/13: We had more Halloween shopping to do.... Did I mention that Hubby likes to do it up big???

10/23/13: All dressed up to have lunch with Brother at school...

(Oh how he loves her....SHE gets kisses when she visits him at school... Me? Eh...not so much. That's okay though....I get plenty of kisses from him at home, and I know that he loves me. I couldn't possibly ask for more from him as a big brother. The way he's embraced Eliette as a new addition to our family is just wonderful....)

Perhaps this little Halloween shirt isn't very humble.... but she can't help it.... and this Mommy thinks she is so cute! (10/25/13) The shirt reads: I'm so cute it's scary.

After that, we went our neighborhood party, and I apparently took ZERO pictures there. What is wrong with me????
Well, for the sake of comparison, I'll post our picture from last year's neighborhood party, and you can see just how much our little family has changed in a year's time...

10/29: We went to have lunch with Jess and Mimi...

 Back at home that day:

 Bitty girl was snoozing while I had work to do on her costume for the big night....

 ...just a little tummy time...

The Halloween fun continued that night at Brother's baseball lesson.... (No, Gage did not want to participate in any way other than snapping a few pictures. Hello....the guys were around!)

On 10/30, someone had a new bow to show off...

Not much shaking on 10/30 this year. It was dreary and rainy outside. Although the kiddos had early dismissal from school, the weather squashed our Arboretum plans with friends... When the rain lightened a bit, we headed out to the store to grab more Halloween candy, but that was our only adventure that day....

After that....it was 10/31!
Daddy got home, and he knows just what to do to keep this one giggling!

 ....we often pretend that this little girl is a face-eating-zombie-baby. Gage gets a kick out of pretending that way. It's pretty fun for all of us!
