Blueberry Breakfast...
So, yesterday morning...I gave Baby Gage a jar of "Blueberry Buckle" baby food as part of his breakfast.
He is pretty much done with jarred baby food....but occasionally I can get him to eat a fruity flavored one....
But, I guess that pretty much says it all.
He ate quite a bit...but played with the rest.
Yes, that was fun to clean up.
"What????"
:)

And yes, for some reason...in my vocabulary, "HAIR" can be a 2-syllable word.
Who knew I said it that way???
I'm going to have to change that.
I just found your site...prob b/c you commented on MY site and I found you that way. :)
He is so cute!! YES, we have" Hay-err" (hair) as a word in our house too...we ARE from the south you know!!!! :)
I have gone back and peeked at some of your archives!!! CUTE. :)
Those are some adorable photos. I'm glad to see someone let a baby experiment with food. I don't think moms these days do that enough.
I apologize if I offended you by my post. I am fully aware that what happened to me (or what didn't happen) does not at all rise to the level of molestation or incest. In my mind, there is nothing worse than a child being molested. Nothing. And I don't (or at least try not to) pretend that I have any idea how awful that would be.
I was trained as a clinical psychologist, and I have seen people whose lives have been completely wrecked by it.
If you would like to e-mail me about this, feel free. I'm at slouchingmom@comcast.net.
Again, sorry if I offended. That was not at all my intention.

What a sweet merry face he has!
And how great that you are so laid back about letting him explore.
I admit to being terrible with messes. I used to just sit there and cringe and I am very certain that this will come up in Liv's therapy some day.....
MMMMMMMMM, blueberry bath!
Oh he is very cute. I think the ones who play and experiment with their food are the good eaters in life. Mine both kept themselves clean and are as picky as all get-out.
And I really liked the way you said "hay-uh"!!!
Thanks for visiting me.
Ah bless him! At least he got SOME in his mouth :)
Kx
i was told that i ate blueberry buckle baby food well past babyhood. i guess gage thinks it goes better in the hair...
